Does anyone know?

if you work a shift that is longer than 8 hours a day, how many breaks is an employer required to give an employee (not counting lunch)? I have looked through the OSHA website and have had no luck on finding an answer. And if you are not sure and are trying to gain points for yourself, you will be reported....seriously, I am looking for real answers and not some lame answer.
