dress code?

what is usually the dress code for accountants? how easy is it to find an accountant job with a casual dress code? if possible, name companies. i think people should be judged by their work, not the way they dress. dressing professional doesn't always mean professional work. it might even mean your work is bad but you try to impress people with a suit. i personally think people work better when they're dressed comfortably because they can concentrate more on work. i'm not asking to wear ripped jeans, i just think a smart casual dress code would be nice.
