For status of last week's phone interview, what would be the best time to call Ernst & Young Admin. Director?

It was a seeming successful and pleasant interivew to the point that the HR Director made a positive comment by saying that I did my homework and even provided me with her direct line at Ernst and Young. We even discussed compensation and the possibility of helping me in the recruitment process. One week passed still no phone call. Thanks for all of your advice.
