Does anyone know of a business in Belgium that is on the net?

I received an email reguarding this business that is cargo and transportation. They are looking for people to allow wire transfers into their accts and then western union the money to other people, clients. Does anyone know if this is legit, or a scam? I am a stay home mom trying to find work from home. This would be ideal, but I don't want to get burned or into something illegal. Thanks for your help.
